Acupressure & Self Massage Workshop this Sunday, November 21st from 2 to 4 pm! Join us for a dynamic & energizing workshop combining Qi Gong, Acupressure and massage. You’ll learn how to tap into your body’s energy, clear blockages, relieve pain, and activate your own innate healing power.
Whatever your ailment or malaise, acupressure can help. By the end of the day we will have developed a customized Acupressure “set” for you to use daily for health and vitality. You’ll also receive a packet of detailed notes on key acupressure points and techniques.

Pocean and I were lucky enough to get some of the very first boxes of the new COVID-19 fingerprick tests. They are easy to administer and take just 10 minutes for a result. They test your blood for an IgM response to the COVID-19 virus, i.e. your body’s initial immune response. Hopefully next week we will get the IgG tests which will show if your body has developed an antibody. I have only a very few of these to share with patients who really feel like they need one, let me know!
