Is it safe for me? - yes! but if we need to modify and follow a different plan, we will!
Can I do it even if I don't exercise? - of course! (again we will modify as needed and work with you)
Do I have to wear lululemon? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ nope! but you can look as cute as you want and we'll support you!
What if I need a break during class? we love taking breaks and want everyone to listen to their bodies and make wise choices

"I couldn't even walk to the end of my street!!" - Shannon, BTC PT

A torn calf muscle completely interrupted her running routine.
Frustration set in, progress felt slow, and she wasnโ€™t sure how long recovery would take. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

๐Ÿ˜…Recovery started with small steps: regaining motion, strength, and walking without crutches. With encouragement from her PT, she improved a little every day.

Shannon's goal? Get back to running and continue her Oak Barrel Half Marathon streak. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ And that's exactly what she did!!
