🩵 Some sun protection reminders that apply everywhere from the field, to the backyard, to the beach:

· Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours (and after sweating or swimming)
· Use SPF 30 or above
· Apply sunscreen DAILY!
· Sunscreens should be replaced yearly
· Don’t store sunscreen in the car
