“Almost There” Still Counts Keep Going

Sometimes, just when we think we’ve made it
We take a deep breath, only to realise there's another mountain to climb,
Another twist in the road.
It can feel like life is playing tricks on us.
"Wasn’t I already through this?" you ask.
"Didn’t I already heal, already understand, already conquer this part?"

But let me tell you something true and gentle:
This is not failure.
This is life checking in to see how deeply you've grown.
Sometimes we need to evaluate things two, three — maybe even ten times.
Not because we're failing, but because we're closer than ever.
Closer to strength.
Closer to clarity.
Closer to becoming the version of ourselves that was always waiting.

Healing, recovery, growth they don’t follow a straight line.
They loop, they wobble, they backtrack.
But every loop is higher than the last.
Every time you pause, reframe, and rise again
You are stepping further into your own wings.

So don’t be discouraged if you’ve circled back.
You’re not lost. You’re levelling up.
Even caterpillars have to stop before they fly.
They don’t break free all at once they unfold.

And you, too, are unfolding.

So give yourself grace,
Rest if you need,
Cry if you must,
But don’t give up.

Because you’re not at the beginning.
You’re on the edge of the sky.

And soon, you’ll fly.
