🎄 Affinity Primary Care Christmas Donation Drive 2025 🎄
Last year, our office hosted a donation drive for the local nursing homes as our way of spreading Christmas joy throughout our community. Our staff, our patients, and the entire community showed up in the biggest way. You all made that event so much larger and more meaningful than we ever imagined. Our hearts were full seeing just how loving and generous you are. ❤️
This year, our hearts have been pulled in a different direction.
We personally know several families who are facing a harder Christmas season due to medical challenges that may bring extra stress or sadness to their holidays. We want to do everything we can to lift a little of that weight and bring some light into their season.
We will be sponsoring these families, but to protect their privacy and dignity, we will not be releasing any names or identifying details. What matters most is that they feel the love and support of a community that cares.
To best support them, we are organizing a gift card drive. Anyone who feels led to donate is more than welcome to join in. You can:
🎁 Bring a gift card of your choice and drop it off at Affinity Primary Care with our office manager, Sonia.
📬 Visit our Amazon wish list and select a gift card to be mailed directly to us.
💵 Or if you would rather give a monetary donation, we will be happy to purchase the gift cards on your behalf.
We will be collecting donations through Friday, December 19th.
As healthcare workers, we often walk alongside families in their most difficult moments, so supporting them during the holidays is incredibly close to our hearts. 💙
