• 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲: Inhale 3 • hold 3 • exhale 6 (5 rounds)
• 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 + 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲 one sensation: “tight chest” / “clenched jaw” / “knot in my stomach”
• 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝟯 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲: say them quietly
• 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲: water • 5 shoulder rolls • step outside for 2 minutes
