Helping you reach maximum health by “resetting” your system (using SHAPE), therapeutic massage, Reiki and stress reduction activities. By balancing your body, mind, and spirit, your system's natural healing process is allowed to work effectively. Bodywork is about treating the whole person holistically, not just the disease. I use muscle testing to identify which organ or area of the body is functioning below par, and then correct the problem by restoring balance to the body’s energy systems. Use of essential oils and massage can boost your immune system and help your body fight off disease. Reiki, meditation, and improved communication can reduce stress and improve mindset. I like knowing my clients as people, and understanding what creates stress in their life and what is going on at that particular time. Everyone gets personalized attention, so I don’t take many clients per day. I am as present and tuned in for the last client as I am for the first. I also use the TetraMap personality assessment to teach communication skills that improve leadership, improve teamwork, and reduce conflict in relationships.
