First Community Health Plan has had the pleasure to serve Medicare recipients in our region since 1996 with quality Medicare supplemental insurance products and services. It has been our privilege to work for you and with you in meeting your health insurance needs.

Regretfully, we must inform you that First Community Health Plan will be winding down its operations on December 31, 2022.

As of July 1, 2022, we are no longer accepting new applications for coverage. This decision will likely necessitate that you select another health plan for 2023 when the selection period opens later this year. Please be assured that we will continue to cover your eligible claims throughout the current 2022 plan year and any eligible claims that might carry forward into 2023. We are committed to making this process as smooth as possible for you.
