I am a 43 years young, single "rich auntie" of a wonderful group of neices and nephews (biological and chosen). I grew up in rural southern Alabama on a country dirt road surrounded by parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and a host of cousins. My spare time consists of traveling, ATV riding, writing, enjoying music, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying nature. Having a village has always been a staple in my life. Along with my foundation in God, I relied on my village to guide me through tough times and to celebrate the good times. Naturally, ensuring that this resource was available to others would be a part of my calling. Through professional and personal experiences, I realized my true passion and purpose lies in Women Empowerment and Bridging the Relationship between Mental Health and the Church. I use my talents/skills/gifts as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Author, Motivational Speaker, and Life Coach to fulfill her professional and personal purposes.
