Alabama Nurses: We Need Your Voice!

In partnership with the Alabama State Nurses Association, faculty from UAH College of Nursing are conducting a statewide research study on workplace aggression in nursing.

Defined by AACN, “Workplace violence is associated with physical and psychological effects and has been indicated as a factor in nurse burnout and leaving the profession.”

We’re calling on LPNs, RNs, and Advanced Practice Nurses who:
✅ Are employed in Alabama
✅ Work part-time or full-time in a nursing role
