“Honestly, the last place I want to be is at physical therapy....sorry, but true. Yet, I recently successfully completed an 8 to 10 month PT regimen with Apex due to a surgery I could not avoid. Being non weight bearing for 2 months was almost the hardest thing I’ve had to do. The day after the surgery, I crutched slowly into Apex not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, after meeting Ethan and Jack. Not only did they both have a very positive outlook, and were truly fun to be around, but their knowledge base and process towards recovery were impressive. Their one on one attention throughout the entire appointment was a huge boost for my attitude and recovery. I actually looked forward to going (three times a week, then down to two for months), and, working on the exercises at home. I could feel and see my improvement every week. Today, I am ready to be active again. I have had no pain and have most of my strength back. I am very thankful.
I will go back to Apex, when I must find PT again, and, do highly recommend them..... as long as they still have room for me in the future.”
