Turkey Trot ‘25 is on the schedule! We’ve only got 24 spots open for 90 minutes of Rebounding/ Reformer Pilates /Stretching to get you ready for alllll that family FUN TIME!
$35/class. All proceeds will go directly to our FOCAL kids this year. Come be grateful with us and help raise a little is for these kiddos.

🥰 Meet one of our OG instructors,Kim!! Kim was part of the very first training group after we opened in 2016 & has been with us ever since! Known for her yummy true form classes she had a DEVOUT following! Catch her on the schedule early mornings and SUNDAYS!💜💙🩵

Meeeeet our Charbaby! Charlotte has been an instructor at the fitz since 2019 and is known for her banging playlists, spicy flows (just like she likes her margs) and mid class dance moves. She also keeps the studio looking CUTE AF as the resident Fitz interior decorator 🪩🎐🪞Catch this babe on the schedule at 5 & 6am and get ready to have the most fun! Yes… even that early 😉

Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had you guide us, motivate us, and whip us into shape every week. Your energy, encouragement, and dedication have made such a difference in our mornings—and in our lives.
This morning’s 7:30am class may have been your last with us, but the impact you’ve made will stay with us long after. You are going to be so terribly missed, Megan! 💙

Say hi to our James! Jamie is pure fire on the rebounder, with a set of heavy weights and in the reformer room! As a certified personal trainer & certified nutrition coach Jamie is the full package here at The Fitz. Her classes are tough but OH SO GOOD🔥💪🏽If you haven’t rebounded with her then have you really lives? No. You haven’t. Catch her on the schedule in the rebound studio on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays! 🩷
