I want to continue to thank our patients and referring doctor offices for your continued support and for choosing our office for your endodontic needs. As we monitor the extent of the Coronavirus Pandemic and its impact on our daily lives, and for the health and safety of our patients and our team, we are going to continue to stay closed / not see patients through the end of April – this closure may extend depending on the status of the pandemic. Gov. Bill Lee recently extended the executive order prohibiting non-emergency dental procedures until April 30th which is in line with guidance from the ADA. Although many endodontic procedures can be considered emergencies, we are electing to stay closed at this time. Please know that we do not take this decision lightly and will be working proactively during this time to monitor CDC, OSHA, ADA, TDA and State executive orders, regulations and recommendations. We will be planning and prioritizing our return to caring for and seeing patients. Recent indications from the TDA are optimistic for returning to work on May 4th. This tentative date - like all things related to this pandemic - can change overnight, but we will do our best to keep you informed. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call our practice at 865-675-8877 (please leave a message if you are unable to speak with a staff member – phone coverage is limited). If you have a dental emergency, please call and we will work with you to get the help you need. You are very important to us and we are grateful that you have chosen Tennessee Valley Endodontics for your endodontic needs. Thank you for helping us do the best we can to provide healthy smiles and protecting our community!

Sincerely,
Richard E. Moore, DDS

Once again, I want to thank our patients and referring doctor offices for your continued support during these difficult times. As we continue to monitor the extent of the Coronavirus Pandemic and its impact on our daily lives, and for the health and safety of our patients and our team, we have made the decision to stay closed / not seeing patients during the week of April 6th- April 10th (this closure may extend depending on the status of the pandemic). Governor Bill Lee signed an executive order on March 23rd prohibiting non-emergency dental procedures until April 13th. Last week, the ADA recommended extending that period until April 30th. Although many endodontic procedures can be considered emergencies, we are electing to stay closed this week to do our part to flatten the curve. Please know that we do not take this decision lightly and will be working proactively during this time to monitor CDC, OSHA, ADA, TDA and State executive orders, regulations and recommendations. We will be planning and prioritizing our return to caring for and seeing patients as soon as we are able. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call our practice at 865-675-8877 (please leave a message if you are unable to speak with a staff member – phone coverage may be limited). If you have a dental emergency, please call and we will work with you to get the help and care you need. You are very important to us and we are grateful that you have chosen Tennessee Valley Endodontics for your endodontic needs. Thank you for helping us do the best we can to provide healthy, happy smiles while helping protect our community!
