Victory Treatment Program

Victory Treatment Program Victory Treatment Program is an addiction treatment facility that assist patients in recovery using Vivitrol (Naltrexone). We are here to help you. (865)337-7812

Victory Treatment Program specializes in the treatment of op**te and alcohol addiction with the use of the Vivitrol (Naltrexone) shot. Located conveniently in Knoxville. We are committed to providing effective treatment and providing long term sobriety for individuals who have a substance abuse problem. Vivitrol is a prescription injectable used to treat both alcohol and opioid addiction. It is useful to both prevent relapse after a successful detox from other opioids and can be used as an alternate to Suboxone and Methadone. One of Vivitrol’s key benefits is that it can be used on a monthly basis, making it a convenient option for those struggling to travel to an Opioid Treatment Program on a more regular basis. Vivitrol is a complete op**te antagonist which has no psychoactive properties other than to bind to an op**te receptor in the brain and block the superimposed op**te. If a patient uses either he**in or an op**te based pain medication while taking Vivitrol, they will feel no effect from that op**te. Victory Treatment Program is dedicated to patients who are struggling with addiction. Our compassionate staff constructs a comprehensive treatment plan that is individualized to meet the specific needs of each patient. Qualities that make Victory Treatment Program unique from other Vivitrol Providers in the area consist of our ability to be empathetic and personable to each patient, thus putting them at ease during their recovery process. Victory utilizes a holistic approach that includes disease screenings, nutritional support, meal planning, vitamin supplements, as well as addressing the underlying issues with cognitive-behavioral modification therapy. Other adjuncts utilized consist of massage, acupuncture, yoga, exercise, and spirituality. Combined these treatments increase the compliance of patients and promote optimal healing/long-term recovery. Our tiered program provides attainable goals and give patients the satisfaction of successful recovery. Victory Vivitrol Program also provides on-call phone access for our patients who need to contact us when the office is closed. We are here to serve you, ensure your safety, and guide you to a victorious recovery process. Help is waiting, call Victory today.

Hepatitis C often has NO symptoms — but it can quietly damage your liver for years.

Left untreated, it can lead to cirrhosis, liver failure, and even liver cancer. The good news? Hepatitis C is curable. Most people can be cured with simple oral medication in just 8–12 weeks.

If you’ve ever had a risk for blood exposure — including past substance use, tattoos/piercings from unregulated settings, or shared personal items — getting tested is important.

At Maltman Medical Center, we provide judgment-free care and highly effective treatment.

📞 Call today (865-337-7793) or request an appointment online to know your status and protect your liver.

It's Okay to Ask for Help 💚

Mental health matters—just as much as physical health.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or simply not yourself, you’re not alone. Life can be incredibly tough sometimes, and asking for help is not a weakness—it's a strength. It takes courage to say, "I need support."

Whether it’s talking to a trusted friend, reaching out to a counselor, or scheduling a visit with your healthcare provider, that first step can make all the difference.

Let’s break the stigma and remind each other:
🧠 Your mental health is important.
🤝 Support is out there.
💬 You deserve to feel better.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please don’t wait. We're here to help. 💙

✅ Reasons to Use Vivitrol Over Other MAT Options
1. No Risk of Abuse or Diversion
Vivitrol is not a controlled substance and has no abuse potential, unlike buprenorphine or methadone.

This makes it an excellent choice in settings concerned about medication misuse (e.g., jails, courts, sober living).

2. Once-Monthly Injection
One shot lasts 28–30 days, which can improve adherence, especially for patients who struggle with daily medication routines.

This also reduces the burden of daily decision-making and temptation.

3. Good Fit for Motivated Patients
Vivitrol works best for individuals who are already detoxed and motivated to stay sober.

4. Helps with Both Alcohol and Opioid Use Disorders
Vivitrol is FDA-approved for both alcohol use disorder and opioid use disorder, so it's a great choice for dual-diagnosis patients.

5. May Be Preferred in Abstinence-Based Recovery Models
Some treatment programs and patients prefer non-agonist therapies, and Vivitrol aligns well with abstinence-based philosophies.

6. No Physical Dependence
Unlike buprenorphine or methadone, Vivitrol doesn’t cause physical dependence, so no tapering is required to stop.

Nikki Sixx, bassist and principal songwriter for Mötley Crüe, co-founded the band in 1981. He penned much of the material for Too Fast for Love (1981), Shout at the Devil (1983), and Dr. Feelgood (1989)—the last of which became their most commercially successful album. Known for his thunderous bass tone and dangerous image, Sixx also documented his battles with addiction in The He**in Diaries (2007), which inspired a soundtrack by his side project Sixx:A.M. Mötley Crüe dominated the glam metal scene of the '80s, with Nikki’s lyrics capturing themes of chaos and decadence. After a farewell tour in 2015, the band reunited in 2019, announcing new music. Sixx also became a best-selling author, photographer, and advocate for recovery. His raw honesty made him one of rock’s most transparent and resilient voices.
