’tWantInTheLake number 125: giant goldfish. Here’s a great rule of thumb - if it’s in the aquarium, it doesn’t belong in the lake or pond. Some plants (like Hydrilla!) and even fish that live in aquariums are invasive species. This goldfish used to be one somebody won at a carnival or picked up at the pet store. Yikes.
