Today was truly special at the Clinic. 💙 Sometimes the smallest items make the biggest difference. We were able to give each guest a can opener — a simple tool that many don’t realize is essential.

People often donate canned goods, but without a can opener, families can’t access the food they’re given. This small act today reminded us how important it is to meet people’s real, everyday needs.

New Direction Healthcare Solutions spent the day in Newport supporting families recovering from Hurricane Helene. 💙🌧️

With the recent SNAP benefit delays, access to food has become even more critical for families across our region.

That’s why partnerships and resources like Second Harvest are essential in making sure our communities don’t go without the support they deserve.

From distributing supplies to sharing preventive health resources and a listening ear, we were grateful to show up with compassion, community, and care.

Moments like these remind us why our mission matters.

Yesterday, we officially launched our collaboration as a Medical Mobile Food Partner, expanding our outreach to better serve families in East Knoxville.
Through this partnership, we will support:
