It’s a place where we, Ralph and Beth Anne Lazaro, want to inspire others...but, it's also a place for them to inspire us. A place to learn together, grow together and to experience new adventures. We are both clear examples that if you focus in the right areas of what you put in your body, through eating clean foods that also taste amazing...and how you push your body, through working out and living an active lifestyle, that you can feel great and you can live a more fulfilling life. We are quickly turning others on to this kind of lifestyle and they are joining our tribe. People ask us everyday, “what do you eat…how do you workout…what do you do” and We want to provide a venue for those who want to make a change…an opportunity for other moms, dads, kids, our friends and their friends friends who want to have a similar life change. We will share challenging workouts and delicious recipes for everyone, that anyone can do despite their busy schedules. RALABALA is a place for us to share our experiences and we will invite others to share theirs, which will inspire many more who want to come along the journey..and along the way we hope it’s a place that they inspire us as well. The squats at the end of that were pretty brutal.
