I’ve always believed that a Healer is a helper of humanity and enacts this greater calling within their own community and where they are called to be of service, to the best of their ability.

In traditional cultures this would be caring for the most vulnerable and marginalized in particular, and caring for the earth herself. Keeping in mind the greater good, rather than serving their own ego and the need to be right.

It’s mind-blowing to me how far our culture has fallen out of touch these days with our hearts, and in this emerging time of the Age of Aquarius, that people, especially in the helping professions, claiming to be all about “freedom” support one of the most cruel and oppressive regimes this country has ever seen.

I don’t know how dragging people from their homes without cause or due process, or putting children in zip ties is supporting the greater good. Oh right, that’s OK because their sk*n isn’t ◻️

Or the focus being on building a lavish ballroom and throwing a party of greed, gluttony and excess while the most vulnerable lose the ability to eat even a regular meal.

I don’t know how you can claim to love the environment, and want water without fluoride and food without red dye but to support a “drill baby drill” regime that is is rolling back air, water and land protections (31 rolled back just this year) and gutting the EPA and green energy initiatives, I don’t know how this hypocrisy can be reconciled.

If an administration is applauded and revered by those in yt supremacist groups who don’t care about women’s bodily autonomy, our friends and family in the LGBTQ communities, children being gunned down in school, immigrants being treated fairly, and the earth being protected it is seriously time for some soul searching.

Not wanting to be “divisive” or saying “we are all one” may be true on a certain spiritual level, however, should healers and helpers let a spiritual truth be weaponized against it’s own people, its children and most importantly EVERYONE else’s children, and the earth?

So what is happening in these harrowing times as we navigate this time of change and the emerging Age of Aquarius? ♒️ And where can we put our focus to move towards hope and healing in these troubled times?

Having a stellium in Aquarius in my first house, I have a few thoughts about this that have been percolating for the last few years, and emerged more fully formed out of the recent global p@ndem*c.

And yes, it actually WAS real and m*llions of people ☠️some of whom, might still be with us, if others had thought of how their actions could impact the health and well being of the greater good, a very Aquarian trait.

Instead, we had folks arguing about various public health measures and balking at simple requests such as wearing m@sks in public spaces as if it were some sort of personal rights infringement. 🙄

The bigger spiritual lesson about that time was to think of OTHERS' needs and not just our own. To put the GREATER GOOD at the forefront. Now that's not to say mistakes weren't made and that every guideline or recommendation made sense upon further reflection, and that we shouldn't look out for our own needs, but there is a way to do both. I do know folks who did both.

They honored science and their inner knowing. They looked out for family and neighbors and how their choices impacted others.

Same thing with what is going on now in the political front here in the U.S. It's about looking for the choices and actions that serve the GREATER GOOD, not just our own personal beliefs, opinions or fixations.

The systems need to serve the greater good. We the people, the pets, the plants, the planet Herself.

And we can rebuild them, together.

Brief stop at the beach after doing some local work to clear a home and space of some discordant energy. Love to enjoy the beauty in each area I have the privilege to visit. Though I used to work a few feet away back in my corporate days.

Space and home clearings can be incredibly rewarding and interesting way to be of service to people and the land 😊💙💦

It’s been part of my practice since 2008. There’s more to it than waving a sage wand, using Reiki and a singing bowl.

There are many different types of energetic and spiritual disturbances and it takes time to learn how to address them effectively and not take any of it home. 🏡😇
