Your body speaks the truth. We’ve all felt our stomach turn in knots from nerves or tension building in our shoulders during stressful times. That’s our body speaking. When we experience sudden or intense events, our nervous system kicks into fight, flight, or freeze mode. If that energy isn’t processed, it gets stuck, showing up as:

✔️-Chronic muscle tension (jaw, shoulders, gut)
✔️-Unexplained anxiety or emotional numbness
✔️-Hypervigilance—always on edge
✔️-Trouble sleeping or relaxing
✔️-Digestive and immune issues

Stress is a killer. It speeds up the rate the telomeres in our DNA shorten which in turn speeds up the rate we age.

The key to unlocking this is through;

✔️-Creating strong boundaries. Say No.
✔️- Being in Nature or sitting in sunlight
✔️- Eating a balanced, nutritious diet
✔️- Gaining enough sleep and rest
✔️- Moving and remaining active
✔️- Create or explore.

If we do not take time for our wellness, we will be forced to take time for our illness.
