I hold a bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in the area of foster care, residential counseling, and outpatient mental health counseling for children, adolescents and adults. Prior to becoming a professional

I spent a great number of years voluntarily counseling men and facilitating groups in a ministry setting. I speak fluent Spanish and have an in depth understanding of Latin American culture. I provide culturally sensitive counseling to people from all walks of life. I also utilize a holistic approach when working with clients and integrate mindfulness techniques and other evidence based approaches. It would be my pleasure to guide and support you on your journey to achieving your goals!
