Many people have asked if the lotion is safe for children. There is approximately 250mg of magnesium in two fingertips worth of lullaby lotion, which is a safe amount for children ages 9 and up. Although it is all natural, we recommend using a smaller amount on all children, as it goes a long way. Rub a pea sized amount on the bottom of their feet before bed. With this small amount, children ages 4 and up can use lullaby lotion. 😊

I have always had issues sleeping-falling asleep and waking in the night. Once I was awake, I’d be up for hours thinking.
Since using lullaby lotion, I fall asleep right away and sleep so soundly. I may wake once to use the bathroom once in a while, but I fall right back to sleep.
I have also always struggled with anxiety and depression in the winter. Since using lullaby lotion, I feel so much calmer and in a better mood. It’s really amazing.

For the past several months my sleep has not been great at all. I would fall asleep easily but by 2am I was up for at least two hours tossing and turning. Kristin and I were talking about trying to incorporate more natural products and supplements into our daily routines. She came across an article about magnesium and I began researching various recipes to make our own magnesium butter. I have been using the butter for about 6 weeks now and am amazed as to how well I am sleeping through the night!! I wake up feeling great, not groggy at all! I'm also noticing I'm feeling calmer and less stressed during the day. My husband can attest to that! LOL
I apply a little on the bottoms of my feet and on my wrists right before I go to bed.
