There’s no substitute for one-on-one training individualized for your body and your goals. And right now, when your regular fitness routine may be interrupted, there’s no better time to explore working with a knowledgeable professional trainer in virtual sessions tailored just for you.
My work draws on an extensive background in men’s fitness: 10 years’ experience in strength training; 4 as a Pilates teacher; and 13 years specializing in therapeutic and deep-tissue massage. In addition, my 25 years as a modern dancer give me enhanced insights into the physical demands that men’s bodies experience.
After we discuss the outcomes you’re looking for, I put together sessions that integrate solid exercise techniques to expand muscle strength, size, tone, and flexibility with additional work focused on body awareness, alignment, and breath. I also draw on a wide repertoire of bodyweight and resistance exercises. And every element of the workout is designed to be adaptable to your home or apartment and the equipment you have on hand.
I also offer unique training opportunities for dancers, crafting technique-focused exercises that address areas such as placement, balance, extension, and fluidity with a level of personalized detail and focus that simply can’t be matched in a standard class or rehearsal setting.
I strive to make the services of Diamond Online Personal Training for Men within reach for all clients: Hourly rates are $70, with a $35 rate for men who are not currently employed. (Fees are negotiable).
