In this 90 minute clinic, we’ll be using the bluegrass standard “Old Home Place” in Bb as our jumping off point. We’ll tackle distinctly different approaches to soloing over the tune—ways to give each break you take an identity. I’ll have a tabbed example or “etude” for each approach. For those who can’t join on the day, the zoom video will be available after the fact!
I’m offering two additional clinics on February 22nd and March 22nd. These will be the same concept, but using a different song, with its own etudes and vocabulary. So each class will stand by itself, but you can also sign up for all three now if you’d like! Each workshop is $60 or $150 signs you up for the trio of classes. Message me to register!
