I am sharing on of the best “Pan-Seared Steak with Crispy Herbs & Escarole” This easy dinner takes just 20 minutes to prepare, meaning that seared steak can be a weeknight meal. Cooking herbs in the pan with the steak releases their aroma, infusing it into the meat while creating a crispy garnish.

After the steaks and herbs are pan-seared, the escarole is cooked in the same skillet, so this healthy dinner requires minimal cleanup too.

Ingredient Checklist
1 pound sirloin steak, about 1/2 inch thick
½ teaspoon salt, divided
½ teaspoon ground pepper, divided
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil or canola oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
5 sprigs fresh thyme
3 sprigs fresh sage
1 sprig fresh rosemary
16 cups chopped escarole (about 1 pound)

Directions

Step 1
Sprinkle steak with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until charred on one side, about 3 minutes. Turn the steak over and add oil, garlic, thyme, sage and rosemary. Cook, stirring the herbs occasionally, until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the steak reaches 125 degrees F for medium-rare, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer the steak to a plate and top with the garlic and herbs. Tent with foil.

Step 2
Add escarole and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper to the pan. Cook, stirring often, until the escarole starts to wilt, about 2 minutes. Thinly slice the steak and serve with the escarole and crispy herbs.

Hi I am sharing Orange Creamsicle SmoothieRecipes For Weight Loss To Make For Breakfast. This orange creamsicle smoothie tastes just like sherbet. All you need is oranges, orange zest, vanilla, and coconut milk to whip it up in your blender.

• Oranges – Any orange like Navel or Cara Cara works here as well as tangerines and mandarins as well. Just make sure whatever you choose for this smoothie is full of flavor. Bland citrus makes for a bland smoothie because there are only a few ingredients here.

• Orange Zest – For a really deep orange flavor, I used a microplane zester to zest one of the oranges. The orange zest really brings out the orange flavor that would otherwise get masked by the coconut milk.

• Coconut Milk – This is what makes this smoothie so creamy and adds the creamsicle factor. I like to pour canned coconut milk into an ice cube tray and freeze it to add to this smoothie to make it frostier. It’s important to use canned coconut milk for the best creaminess.

• Vanilla – This is optional, but I love adding a touch of vanilla for that creamsicle flavor!

Tips for how to make this smoothie
1. A high-powered blender with give you the smoothest results!
2. Freeze either the oranges or the coconut milk into cubes as pictured for a frosty almost milkshake-like effect.
Finally, enjoy right away for the best flavor! But this smoothie will keep for up to 2 days in the fridge fairly well since there’s no banana.

INGREDIENTS

6 medium sized oranges, peeled
1 can (13.5 oz) refrigerated coconut milk
2 tablespoon orange zest, (from 1–2 oranges)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
water, orange, or apple juice as needed if it’s too thick.

INSTRUCTIONS.
Add all the ingredients for the smoothie in the order listed to the blender.
Blend, starting on low and working your way up to high speed, until the mixture is completely smooth.
Serve immediately for the best flavor, or refrigerate up to 2 days in a sealed container.
To make 2 servings of this smoothie, use 1/2 cup + 1/3 cup canned coconut milk and halve the rest of the ingredients.

Hi I am sharing healthy recipe “Loaded cauliflower” with low carb or Keto diet you can make for dinner tonight which is under 500 calories.

Cauliflower is a great go-to low-carb veggie, so it makes sense why this healthy dinner recipe should be a staple for anyone practicing a low-carb or keto lifestyle.
Per serving you will get 315 calories, 28 g fat (17 g sat), 11 g protein, 5 g carb, 587 mg sodium, 2 g sugars, 1 g fiber.

Ingredients:
• 1.25 lb cauliflower head, cut into florets
• 6 green onion, chopped into the green and white parts
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1.5 tsp ranch seasoning Mix, optional
• 3/4 c. organic heavy whipping cream
• 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
• 4 slices sugar-free bacon, crumbled
• Olive oil for roasting the cauliflower
• Dollops of sour cream, optional

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Toss the cauliflower with ~2 Tbsp of olive oil then add it to a baking sheet. Roast the cauliflower on a baking sheet for 25 minutes. The cauliflower will get tender and some parts will brown up.

3. While the cauliflower is roasting, make the cheese sauce: Add butter, the white parts of the green onions, and the garlic cloves to a skillet on medium heat. Sauté until the onions are translucent (~3 minutes).

4. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, salt, ranch seasoning (if you’re using it), and pepper to the skillet with the onions, garlic and butter. Turn the heat to medium low and continue to cook until the cream cheese is melted. Stir in 1.5 cups of the cheddar cheese to finish the cheese sauce.

5. Mix the cheese sauce and the roasted cauliflower, then add it to a baking dish. Top it with the remaining cheddar cheese and roast for an additional 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.

6. Top the baked cauliflower, with some dollops of sour cream, the green parts of the green onions, and the crumbled bacon.
