Yes, I was finally able to fit into my college jeans again. Here’s what happened…

I ran into a former work buddy I hadn’t seen in years.

She looked very different, in a good way, so I had to find out more.

Berry Blast Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are a great way to eat more fruits and vegetables. Combining both helps create an immense amount of vitamins and minerals in a glass. More so, it's so easy to gobble down especially when you use a blender that pulverizes even the toughest ingredients. So smoothie on....

Take advantage of the fresh wild blueberries available in the coming summer. This is a creamy sweet smoothie. I like to serve these to my kids.
1⁄2 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries, hulled
1⁄2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1⁄4 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
4 ice cubes
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Here is an easy peach and raspberry smoothie recipe. A smoothie a day keeps the doctors away 😃

1 peach, pitted and quartered
1⁄2 cup raspberries
1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
1⁄4 cup milk
Few mint leaves

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately. Enjoy!!!
