March was a lot, in a good way.

Work didn’t slow down. I started a new CE course through IRH on Blood Chemistry and new functional testing I’m bringing into my practice, and we’re in the middle of packing up our entire life to move cross country. I spent a few days at our new house in TX, leaned on Methodology and Thistle to keep us eating well when I couldn’t cook, and kept up with workouts… loosely.

There was also a lot of quality time with the people I love, and that mattered just as much.

The sun finally started showing up in NJ and I can feel this next chapter coming. I’m ready for it.

What I’m most proud of is that I kept showing up for my clients. Another client got pregnant this month, and a little boy who had been struggling for years is finally healing under my care.

Feeling really grateful for this community, my clients, and the people in our life who have supported this move with so much excitement. Texas is next.

Stress changes everything.

How your hormones signal
How your blood sugar responds

PCOS isn’t the problem.

The way it’s being handled is.

Most women get diagnosed and are basically told
“this is just how your body is”

And when nothing changes, the next step becomes IVF.

Instead of handing over thousands when you’re at your most scared, get to the root.

PCOS is usually tied to blood sugar, stress, inflammation, gut health, and how your body is processing hormones.

Those are things you can actually work on.

Addressing PCOS isn’t just about getting pregnant.
It’s about your energy, metabolism, skin, mood, long-term health.

There’s always a reason your body got here.

Headaches. Rashes. Bloating. Fatigue.

Most people blame food.
But that’s not usually the root.
It’s histamine overload.

And stress is a BIG reason why.

When you’re chronically stressed:
• You produce less DAO (breaks down histamine)

So even “healthy” foods start triggering you.
