🌸 Seven years ago, I began my journey as a breast cancer survivor — and this weekend at LA Fitness, I celebrated that milestone surrounded by love and music. 💖

Thank you to LA Fitness, my Zumba family, and everyone who supported the Gold Wellness Circle Fundraiser. Because of you, we can continue helping other survivors find strength and joy. 🙏✨

October is 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, a time that holds a very special place in my heart.

As a 𝟕-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐨𝐫, I’ve learned the power of early detection, faith, and the support of a loving community. This journey has inspired me to continue sharing hope, healing, and empowerment through 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞 and 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💕

As a proud 7-year breast cancer–free survivor, I know the power of early detection. Mammograms can find what we can’t feel years earlier giving us hope, healing, and more time with the ones we love.

This month, let’s commit to self-care and action:
✅ Talk to your doctor
✅ Schedule your mammogram
✅ Stay breast aware

Together, we celebrate survivors, honor those we’ve lost, and remind our communities that health is power.
