Thinking about trying something new for your wellness this year? Sometimes stepping outside your comfort zone is exactly what your body — and mind — needs.

Cupping therapy is one example: a hands-on technique that can help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery. Those little “bruises” are a sign your body is responding to the treatment — and your muscles are thanking you. 💆‍♂️

Whether it’s cupping, therapeutic Pilates, or trying PT for the first time, 2026 is the perfect time to explore new ways to care for your body and feel your best.

Is your wrist tingling, numb, or painful? You might be experiencing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. ✋

Carpal tunnel occurs when the median nerve, which runs through a narrow passage in your wrist, becomes compressed. This can cause symptoms like:
• Tingling or numbness in your fingers
• Pain or discomfort in your hand or wrist
• Weak grip or difficulty holding objects

At Prime Fitness Physical Therapy, we help patients manage carpal tunnel through targeted exercises, ergonomic adjustments, and hands-on techniques to reduce pressure on the nerve, improve mobility, and restore hand strength.

💪 Don’t let wrist pain slow you down — early intervention can prevent further damage and get you back to doing what you love.
