What is your idea of success? 🏆
⠀⠀
I always assumed being successful meant there was no space for doubt. Successful people are supposed to be self assured and don’t question themselves or their decisions. Yet when a loving friend remarked, "Marko, success is not the absence of doubt" a new, more aligned truth appeared, unburdening me from the shame I felt around never truly feeling successful. I was unknowingly sabotaging myself–I felt doubt, yet rejected the feeling at the same time, always holding on to the discontent.
Doubt and other debilitating states are feelings that show up when a familiar old wound gets triggered. When a negative belief pattern gets activated, it sings the song of our original pain, likely one from childhood where we felt unsafe, judged, or unloved.
So what do we do with these chronic unpleasant states!? Are they of any value to us?
Amazingly they hold the key to your healing journey.✨
All emotions want to be felt, acknowledged, and accepted without judgement or resistance. It's in our refusal to feel our current state that prolongs discomfort, and the longer we ignore our distress call, the louder it screams for our attention. With time, these unprocessed emotions can show up as depression, chronic anxiety, tension, and physical ailments.
Fear, doubt and insecurity can't be transformed by denial of their existence, but through loving acceptance and a curiosity of the true narrative that lies beneath. My purpose is to facilitate that discovery– seeking out unprocessed hurts that are at the ROOT CAUSE of your physical and emotional pain.
Emotional success is not the ABSENCE unpleasant feelings, but the wholeness in which we accept these aspects of ourselves, while simultaneously unearthing the root cause of the discomfort in the first place.
You can embark on a courageous journey of facing your fears, in a space that feels safe and trusted. You are stronger than you realize. Allow me to serve you in this journey.
