I am so grateful to share a partnership that truly aligns with the heart ❤️ of my work. Starting March 23, I’ll be leading a 15-Week Mindfulness Meditation series in collaboration with the YWCA Cortland.
This isn't just a class; it’s a commitment to a mission of peace, justice, and empowering women. When you support the Y, you’re fueling community advocacy and local programs - a sisterhood of 25 million people worldwide!
The Details:
Cost: Completely FREE for YWCA Cortland Wellness Members.
Format: 100% Online via Zoom—join from anywhere!
Time: 7:00 – 7:30 AM every Monday through June 29.
Focus: Exploring the three core pillars: Awareness, Attention, and Attitude.
Bonus: All participants receive a free journal.
