Join me at at 5:30 PM for a practice designed to ground your body and clear your mind. This is an all-levels class where we’ll blend gentle movement, breathwork, and dedicated time for reflection.
Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or rolling out a mat for the first time, this space is for you. Come as you are and leave feeling a bit more like yourself.
