Mindfulness & Movement Tonight!!

Join me at at 5:30 PM for a practice designed to ground your body and clear your mind. This is an all-levels class where we’ll blend gentle movement, breathwork, and dedicated time for reflection.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or rolling out a mat for the first time, this space is for you. Come as you are and leave feeling a bit more like yourself.

The Mantra: Om Shanti Shanti Shanti. A full-spectrum calm for the internal, the external, and the universal.

The Mudra: Apana. The Mudra of Elimination to ground yourself and release stagnant energy.

The Breath: Sitali. The cooling breath to soothe the nervous system and drop the heat of the week.

The big thaw is finally hitting. Maybe. 🤔🌨️🌷

As you look at the landscape this weekend and then look at yourself ask if you are still carrying that brittle, winter stress in your body?

When we’re stuck in freeze mode, everything feels tight and heavy. Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) is how I actually melt that tension and get back into a grounded, flexible flow and I wanted to share it with you!

I am so grateful to share a partnership that truly aligns with the heart ❤️ of my work. Starting March 23, I’ll be leading a 15-Week Mindfulness Meditation series in collaboration with the YWCA Cortland.

This isn't just a class; it’s a commitment to a mission of peace, justice, and empowering women. When you support the Y, you’re fueling community advocacy and local programs - a sisterhood of 25 million people worldwide!

The Details:

Cost: Completely FREE for YWCA Cortland Wellness Members.

Format: 100% Online via Zoom—join from anywhere!

Time: 7:00 – 7:30 AM every Monday through June 29.

Focus: Exploring the three core pillars: Awareness, Attention, and Attitude.

Bonus: All participants receive a free journal.
