Happy Diwali ! 😊 🙏🏽

This past Sunday, at 3:33 pm GMT, marked the official end of winter. This winter for me was true to nature, a time for going within, and a time for receptivity. Things slowed down, the momentum coming almost to a full halt, but a lot was learned in the process. My source of exercise and movement (playing basketball) was almost non-existent, and my newfound love for mint chocolate chip ice cream helped me pack on some decent LBS. My yoga and meditation practice was not a thing. I was mentally exhausted from taking too many courses, got a stomach virus TWICE, and it was really draining on the spirit. I wanted more to happen, but life was telling me to relax, ride the wave, and analyze my current situation. So that's what I did.

Now, it's time to SPRING into action. Spring signifies new beginnings and growth, and the seeds once planted are starting to sprout. Can you feel it?
Let this post be an sign it's time to start that new project, business, workout routine, or whatever it is that is most needed right now in your life. Are you ready? Yes? Then lets go!

Transpersonal & Spiritual Hypnotherapy: Course 1 = COMPLETE!

I started practicing Self Hypnotherapy in college and had dreams of becoming a "Hypnotist", but I thought that meant becoming a stage performer and making people quack like a duck. Either that or years of more schooling, which I wasn't willing to endure. So I continued to practice, but eventually I moved on to other things. Over a decade later that spark was reignited and it put me on a journey to this very post. That journey took me down a path to becoming a Reiki Master, creating my own business, and working at . Before learning Reiki I made the choice to put Hypno on the back burner, but I eventually knew I would come back to it, my focus was strictly on Reiki.

Eventually life presented me the opportunity to add Hypnotherapy to my healing tool box, so I went with the flow and enrolled in a course that was recommended to me. Last Friday was the last day of course 1 and I'm super excited to put into practice all that I've learned so far. It's truly amazing the healing that can be done in a session, so if anyone would like to try a session please DM me for more details.

Found a Apothecary in NJ. Stopped in for some new ingredients for my next tincture. It's a beautiful thing being able to take your health into your own hands, while using what was provided to us naturally from the earth. I was never big on taking medicine, but it feels different when you make it yourself. I can't quite call myself an herbalist, but this is a start. I'll let you know how it goes.
