Abdominal muscle exercise:
This exercise helps to greatly strengthen the abdominal muscles, and it also tightens the sagging of the body in the rumen area.
This exercise is done as follows:
Your knees toward your chest, then your knees next to your body, flexing your stomach muscles inward.
Below your body until you reach the top of your body.
Repeat this process dozens of times to get results. 💪❤
