What a game! 🏈 Our residents had a blast cheering on their teams during the Big Game yesterday. From the touchdowns to the halftime show, everyone enjoyed the excitement together with ice-cold drinks and full spread of delicious snacks. There's nothing quite like the energy of watching football with friends!

Say it ain’t so, Chuck! It’s official—Staten Island Chuck has made his prediction and saw his shadow, calling for six more weeks of winter ❄️ With an 85% accuracy rate, do we believe the hog? Students from Susan E. Wagner High School will be keeping track to see if Chuck’s forecast holds up. And a big thank-you to Citizens for sponsoring this year’s Groundhog Day event.
