April 2026 Visa Bulletin Update – EB-3 Nurses

Great news for our nurses!

The latest Visa Bulletin shows a significant forward movement in EB-3:

All Other Countries (including Korea): +8 months jump

→ Now at June 1, 2024

This is a major advancement and means many nurses are getting much closer to becoming Current.

What this means for you:

- If your PD is in late 2023 or early 2024, your case may become current very soon.

- The timeline is moving faster than expected, so early preparation is critical.

Important Reminder:

Visa Bulletin movement can change at any time. Being prepared now will allow you to move forward immediately when your PD becomes current.

Great news for Registered Nurses!

For All Other Countries, the EB-3 priority date moved forward by about 4 months (June 1, 2023 → October 1, 2023).

This is a positive sign for nurses waiting in the EB-3 pipeline.

We will continue to closely monitor upcoming Visa Bulletin updates.

The February 2026 Visa Bulletin shows meaningful forward movement for EB-3 compared to January.

After gradual movement at the end of 2025, February 2026 shows a solid step forward for EB-3, especially for:

*Korea / All Other Countries
*Philippines
*Mexico

While China and India remain frozen, this is a positive signal for EB-3 skilled workers moving into mid-2023 priority dates.

Progress is slow, but it is moving.

*The cutoff date for All Other Countries and Mexico is still April 1, 2023.

The U.S. Department of State has published the July 2025 Visa Bulletin with continued advancement in the EB-3 category:

- All Other Countries and Mexico: Now at April 1, 2023
- Philippines: Moved forward to February 8, 2023
- China: Now at December 1, 2020
- India: Slight movement to April 22, 2013

This progress allows us to continue preparing for the timely onboarding of qualified international nurses.

When a nurse’s priority date becomes current, they can proceed with the embassy interview if all required documents are complete.
