The U.S. Department of State has published the July 2025 Visa Bulletin with continued advancement in the EB-3 category:

- All Other Countries and Mexico: Now at April 1, 2023
- Philippines: Moved forward to February 8, 2023
- China: Now at December 1, 2020
- India: Slight movement to April 22, 2013

This progress allows us to continue preparing for the timely onboarding of qualified international nurses.

When a nurse’s priority date becomes current, they can proceed with the embassy interview if all required documents are complete.

April 2025 Visa Bulletin Update!!

The U.S. Department of State (USDOS) has released the April 2025 Visa Bulletin. Below are the updated priority dates for the EB-3 Skilled Worker category:

*All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed: January 1, 2023 (advanced by 1 month)
*China (Mainland-born): November 1, 2020 (advanced by 3 months)
*India: April 1, 2013 (advanced by 2 months)
*Mexico: January 1, 2023 (advanced by 1 month)
*Philippines: January 1, 2023 (advanced by 1 month)

While the priority dates have moved forward slightly, the actual waiting time remains largely unchanged.

If you are currently in the visa process, now is the time to focus on important preparations:

*Career Management: Keep track of your work experience and ensure all necessary documents are ready.
*Visa Screen Certificate: Complete the CGFNS verification process as soon as possible.
*English Proficiency: If you are from a non-English-speaking country, improving your English skills will be essential for interviews and clinical practice.

- All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed (including South Korea): December 1, 2022 (no change)

- China (Mainland-born): August 1, 2020 (advanced by one month)
- India: February 1, 2013 (advanced by one and a half months)
- Mexico: December 1, 2022 (no change)
- Philippines: December 1, 2022 (no change)

For nurses from South Korea and other countries under the "All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed" category, the priority date remains unchanged from last month. Although no retrogression has occurred, the lack of forward movement effectively results in a delay in visa availability.
