These high protein muffins are easily made with just a few ingredients. The star ingredient is Himalayan tartary buckwheat flour. It's known for its immune, gut health and cellular health qualities. It contains high levels of phytonutrients and naturally gluten free. Just 1/4 cup contains 5 gm of protein and no fat. A great start to your Saturday morning!

Once again I had my biological age tested. Looks like in the past year I got 3 years younger. My current biological age is 8 years younger than my chronological age. So what did I do?
I continued my health and wellness routines such as clean whole foods diet, tracking macros, daily detox, targeted herbs and supplements, weight training and yoga. I added Lifewave patches that are designed to promote longevity, doubled the dose of astragalus I add to my morning shake, started eating raw beets almost daily, and became diligent in hitting my protein goals daily. I also added HIIT training to my fitness routine, and used a vibration plate together with certain exercises designed to increase bone strength.
