Once again I had my biological age tested. Looks like in the past year I got 3 years younger. My current biological age is 8 years younger than my chronological age. So what did I do?
I continued my health and wellness routines such as clean whole foods diet, tracking macros, daily detox, targeted herbs and supplements, weight training and yoga.
