β€œYou should crank your pump all the way up to get more milk.”

Higher suction does not equal more milk!!

Many people will crank up the setting in the hope of more milk and just end up giving themselves ni**le damage.

The pump can and should be used in a way your body will respond to it - which does not always mean the highest suction.

Ready to learn how to make pumping not suck?

Comment π†π‘πŽπ–ππ’π˜ for the link to this bottle washer + my discount code!

As a mom of 4 who is breastfeeding, using a bottle washer instead of our dishwasher this time has been such a difference. I love being able to have clean bottles when I need them instead of waiting for the dishwasher to be full.

bottle washer makes it easy. Add discount code: TAMARI58

Without my babysitter I get nothing done, but I love the moments where I can grab cuddles throughout the day

Having a baby food maker has made starting solids so much easier!

I love to use my baby food maker for making purΓ©es so not only do I know exactly what’s in my baby’s purses, but it’s cheaper and even yummier than the jars at the store. Add discount code: TAMARI58

If you have a bottle washer…when was the last time you descaled your washer? πŸ‘€

Comment 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐍 for the links to maintain your bottle washer

If you are using tap water you will want to descale once a week

If you are using distilled water you will want descale once a month

You can use vinegar or the descaling tablets, but maintaining your washer helps reduce build-up and keep your washer working hard for you!

Jerky at home? Yes please!!

Comment π‰π„π‘πŠπ˜ for the link to the dehydrator I use and then grab the ingredients below:

Ingredients (I’m more of a sweet girl)
London Broil (or your choice of meat)
Brown sugar
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Honey
Maple syrup
Soy sauce

Slice your meat into the size pieces you want - if it’s partially frozen it can be much easier to slice. Mix up, let it sit overnight in the fridge. Mix it up in the morning, and then add to your dehydrator. Cook according to yours instructions - I set mine for about 5 hours. Feel free to check on it and see if it’s the consistency / moistness you want.

It’s so simple, and much cheaper than jerky at the store - plus I get to flavor it exactly how I like!
