Job description
We provide psychotherapy services to nursing homes, assisted living facilities and memory care communities throughout New York. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care to the vulnerable, disabled, and at-risk elderly population.

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team! You will provide emotional and administrative support to geriatric clients individually.

Flexible Work Schedule

Create your own work schedule between the hours of 9am and 7pm Monday-Friday

No Overhead Hassles

We take care of all the technical work, letting you focus on the patients care. This includes:

Setting up the caseload (no need for cancellations or referrals)
Credentialing
Billing
Authorizations and other administrative work
Responsibilities:

Access nature of clients' situations by reviewing personal history
Develop and execute individual care plans
Determine appropriate milestone to gauge client progress
Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
Maintain accurate client documentation
Qualifications:

Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
