🚨🚨🚨NEWSFLASH🚨🚨🚨
As much as I am able I try to shop and buy; small busines, minority business and christian owned business. But you folks have got to get it together. It is not that people don’t want to support you; most of you have horrible business practices.

I recently booked a service with a person which required me to travel from NY to NC. We scheduled 1.5 months ahead of time. Days before I reached out a the person stated that she couldn’t find my number but she had to cancel cause the other client she booked needed to reschedule! We had texted and email; you received my money apple pay but couldn’t find my number…

Mind you I booked several services based on flier posted for a particular sale! Upon speaking to the person the price changed and the total was going to be $1,000 because said promotion had ended. I choose to book anyway. She asked for a deposit. Which I paid that secured my date. So at this point I have purchased a plane ticket, arranged ground travel, and paid a deposit and she cancels with no prior contact! And if I hadn’t contacted her I wouldn’t have known anything!

She took the deposit with no problem. Then couldn’t find my number or contact. When I asked for a refund it was a hassle. First she says it takes 5-7 days but then she said that she would process the refund in 48hours needless to say it still took 5 days. If it didn’t take you 5 days to receive a deposit it should not take you 5 days to process a refund especially when you are WRONG and AT FAULT!

No im not blasting the persons name or business or even alluding to the type of service so that people won’t connect the dots! Above all I walk in integrity especially relating to business. I’m saying this to say; if you are an entrepreneur LEARN YOUR CrAFT and learn business sense! Take a class; there is an SBA( small business association) in every state and in most cities! Don’t make people second guess your money making gift or talent because you have horrible business practices! Develope good habits like being on time, being honest and being forthcoming with your practices so that there are no surprises. This applies to any business; church, barber, stylist , etc…
