Orange you glad to be on ? Or feeling blue because it’s already day 2 of ACP Week? Not to worry! We have plenty of fun still in store!

Today was at Autism Care Partners, and to represent the collaborative nature between all of our centers, our teams dressed up as our company colors to represent their region! From Vermont to New York, New Hampshire to Rhode Island, ACP would not exist without everyone working together to accomplish our mission!

When we think of collaboration, it is easy minimize its meaning to simply being a part of the same team. However, our staff at Autism Care Partners truly embody the true meaning of by keeping open channels of communication, welcoming new ideas, sharing differing perspectives, and overall working together towards a common goal.

Not only do our centers operate in cohesiveness with collaboration from our BCBAs down to our BTs, but ACP prides itself on the interconnectedness between our disciplines. Having a work bestie is always amazing, except when you actually have to get back to work!

While teammates were encouraged to mix and mingle during ACP’s leadership retreat, our brand team was working tirelessly collecting content to share with all of you! Sometimes, this meant our marketing besties being separated. Not to worry, it was worth it to capture all the memories, educational keynotes, and fun activities!

ACP’s leadership team was truly “Leading in Color” during our leadership retreat this week!

Not only were our hearts filled after listening to everyone's stories, perspectives, and memories, but so were our camera rolls! This was a opportunity for our leaders across centers to come together in-person to collaborate and brainstorm on the future of Autism Care Partners.

A balance of work and play is always needed! This is why after a full day of educational seminars during our retreat, ACP’s leadership team took to the lanes for some pizza and bowling!

A work-life balance is vital to continue the passion and dedication of while maintaining the motivation to show up at 100% each and every day. Our staff never ceases to amaze, and this held true as they shared ideas by day and knocked down the pins at night!
