I currently have a few things under contract that we would like to move. For more info on any of them please shoot me a message. Im looking for end buyers on the houses. The land i may be open to a jv if someone brings a buyer.

3 bed 2.5 bath Single Family Home in Parkersburg, WV. No repairs are needed other then if the buyer wants to update. Its currently on a lease option but not tenant in place yet. Seller is option to selling outright as well. Its being sold for $80K fee included.

3 bed 2 bath Log Cabin located near Brant Lake, NY. they are looking to sell this at $189k + 4% buyers fee. with no repairs. its valued at about $215k

100 Acres of land in Swanton, VT. The land is zoned for housing but can be used for h**p farming as well. The land has had no chemicals of any type on the land for more then 20 years. The price is tbd as the seller has it evaluated.
