I gave this worksheet to a client. This client cracks me up. This person has anger issues!

This worksheet will help you understand how your emotions affect your behavior when you are upset and the positive things that you can do to feel more in control. Begin by thinking about the last time you were really upset. Perhaps you were angry at someone else, or perhaps you were upset about something you did and you felt guilty or depressed.

1 Describe the situation that made you feel upset.

Somebody talking💩 in my face!

2 Describe any external events that caused the situation.

Doing my job!

3 Describe anything you did that contributed to the situation.

Threatened to beat their a*z!

4 How did the situation make you feel both emotionally and physically? Be specific.

I was thinking how would I physically beat their a*z!

5 What did you want to do as a result of how you felt?

Really beat their a*z!

6 What did you actually do in this situation?

Told them I will beat their a*z!!

7 What did you want to say in this situation?

I said what I said!

8 What did you actually say in this situation?

You will mess around and find out!

9 How did your emotions and behaviors affect you later? Were you still upset?

I was pi**ed all day long because I wanted to beat their a*z!

10 Did you do anything at that time to feel better?

Thank God I thought of Renee because I wouldn’t have a job because if I would’ve beat their a*z and they would be in the hospital ! So I’m happy I still got a job.

This client is doing so well. You have no idea ! 😉☺️

Good morning 🙋🏾‍♀️FB, I do not feel the same way I used to about riding across this bridge on the D train like I used to when I was a kid heading to Coney Island. 😫Had no choice but to come this way. Last day of training for my EMDR. 40 CEU so I’m done . And then I’m going to go and get certified. 💪🏾✊🏾 🥰

1. They Are Highly Aware. Narcissists are not clueless; all their actions are strategic and intentionally planned to break you down like a Christmas tree.
2. They Don't Feel. They are emotionless and lack empathy. Hurting you, cheating, or causing chaos is described as "intimacy" because it greatly boosts their ego.
3. Nothing Is Genuine. Nothing they do is genuine, even gifts or kind acts. They are compulsive liars who may later "throw it in your face" when angry.
4. You Are "Supply." They only view people, including spouses, as "supply". They target empaths, the "too nice," and people with codependency because they are considered the easiest victims.
5. They Mirror You. They actively listen and "take notes" on your wounds, fears, and desires, then lie and pretend to share your morals (Mirroring) to establish the trauma bond.
6. The Goal is Isolation. They will strategically try to remove friends and family from your life, especially during marriage, so they can control and abuse you in isolation.
7. They Are Indifferent. While you are depressed and stuck in sorrow from the trauma bond, the narcissist is "having the best time of our life" and talking negatively about you to the new supply.

I just learned about an hour ago that my neighbor has passed and my heart is so heavy. It appears she may have taken her own life and the pain of that is hard to put into words. I watched her grow up and she was one of the first associates I connected with when I moved into this building. She came to my little dinner gatherings in the beginning and we would talk until her mental health began to decline. As her struggles grew more severe she withdrew and stopped speaking to anyone. I felt for her deeply, but I also kept my distance. From time to time I would try to talk with her, hoping to reach her, but she never could bring herself to open up.

This loss is heartbreaking and my soul aches for her mother. It is also a reminder of how fragile mental health can be and how important it is to seek help and stay connected. Please, do not be afraid or ashamed to reach out for support. None of us should carry pain in silence. May she rest in peace and may her memory encourage us to treat one another with compassion and understanding.

Happy Thursday everyone. Today is not just any Thursday, it is the last Thursday of September and that is a blessing within itself. Let’s pause to give thanks to God for allowing us to see another day filled with new opportunities, strength, and grace. May your day be safe, peaceful, and full of positive energy. No matter what challenges you face, remember that gratitude and faith carry us through. Take a deep breath, be kind to yourself, and thank God for the gift of today.
