This week, let's focus on Breathwork. As someone who has struggled with crippling anxiety in the past, breathwork truly made a difference. It serves as a reset and helps you to ground, especially in stressful situations. Confucius firmly believed the first thing we must master as human beings is proper breathing. It is literally the source of our life force, and so apply it with intent, purpose, and gratitude.
