How do you know the light works? We ship each box with a dosimeter card. You can check how much irradiance or energy the light outputs by placing the card on a flat surface and the box over it. Turn the light on and see how long it takes to get the yellow center to turn orange or pink.

See the light. We swabbed our hands, fruits, and mail. Put the swab all over the Petri dish. Exposed half the dish with UVC light. Duct taped the other half to shield from the light. No bacterial colonies where UVC light exposed the surface. The no light side has many bacterial colonies.
