Due to holidays the office will be closed from 12/25/2019 to 01/01/2020. Physical therapy will be open at 11:00 AM to 4 :00PM on December 26 and 31, 10:00 AM - 12:00PM on December 28. If you have an emergency please go to the nearest ER , and if you need any refills please leave your Name, Date of birth and your Pharmacy Phone number. All request might take up to 3 Days. thank you and Happy holidays.
