high blood pressure is not just about salt. my fiance is an extremely hard worker. he gets about 15k steps on average daily and standing on his feet for 10+ hours. this may sound great if you’re an athlete but not so much if you’re a business owner. stress is a major culprit of high blood pressure. thankfully his was not too terrible but it was elevated. this is the plan that has been working for him, we’ve been following it since January this year.

he’s also Jamaican 🇯🇲 LOL if you caught his little side note.
