🫒🥘 Ricotta Zucchini Lasagna Rolls.

💝 You will need:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 zucchini’s( palm size )
olive oil ( or any oil )
1/2 cup ricotta
1 small egg ( optional )
1/4 cup parmigiano
basil ( optional )
pinch of salt ( to taste )
marinara sauce ( 1 cup or as much as you like )
1/3 cup mozzarella ( as much as you like )
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Please note:Feel free to leave the egg out if you are intolerant to eggs. This method works incredible with a meat filling too but I’ll show you that next time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pre-heat oven to 400F. Wash the zucchini , pat dry and cut the ends. Cut each one into 4 slices. The two end pieces we also cut from the back of each one so that they lay flat and are easy to roll. Don’t discard any peeled scraps as you can use them in your cooking for other recipes. Set them on a baking sheet and drizzle each side with olive oil plus a dash of salt. Bake until they are soft which will take you 15-20 min. Ours took 15 minutes. Take them out and let them cool a touch. In a separate bowl add the ricotta , parm , egg , dash of salt and basil and mix. Take a small pan ( we used 8 by 8 ) and add marinara sauce to cover the bottom ( we used our own homemade sugo which is on my highlights but you can use any store bought like rao’s) Take each zucchini with the wider side facing you and add about a teaspoon of ricotta to each one and roll them up. Add them all to your baking dish , top with more marinara and some mozzarella. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until nice and melted. Enjoy, and follow me for more.

🥒 ZUCCHINI LASAGNA ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS 😋 LOW CARB!
Made by

Ingredients for 1 tray (25x15):
3 zucchini
50g parmesan
120g cooked ham or turkey breast
250g stretched curd cheese (I used light mozzarella)
to taste salt

Method:
Wash the courgettes, remove the ends and with the help of a mandolin obtain thin slices.

Cook them on a hot griddle (previously greased) for about 2 minutes per side, until they are soft.
Once the courgettes are cooked, salt them and let them cool.

All you have to do is assemble your lasagna, starting from the first layer of courgettes, a second layer of parmesan, a third layer with the ham and a fourth layer with the cheese; repeat the process until you finish the ingredients. Press all the layers well, so that the result will be very compact.

Sprinkle the last layer with parmesan, mozzarella, and bake in a preheated static oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

All you have to do is let it set for a few minutes at room temperature, cut and bring to the table, believe me, not even crumbs will remain! 🙌🏻🤤

Do you want to know how to completely transform your body in 10 quick steps? Let's start with food and drink
Stop drinking alcohol entirely

Only eat whole foods that you can prepare at home - no ultra-processed foods at allu8h

Don't drink your calories, so no soda and also no zero-calorie drinks

One Pan Lemon Pepper Shrimp Orzo by "dishingouthealth" Ready in 30 minutes and brimming with bright flavors for spring, this weeknight dinner is SO simple and satisfying. Best served alongside a crisp green salad!
Here’s what you need:
▢ 2 Tbsp. butter
▢ 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
▢ 1 lb. raw peeled and deveined shrimp
▢ kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
▢ ½ cup finely chopped shallots
▢ 4 garlic cloves, minced

Here is how to make it:

Use low carb tacos or chop up a low carb lavash bread. (Who said tacos can’t be square!). Make a smash burger taco like in the video, top it off with cheese, chopped lettuce and onions - and whatever else your heart desires.

To finish it off - use low carb Bug Mac sauce:

it’s so easy to make..

You will need:

½ cup mayonnaise (keto: use a keto-friendly mayo)
2 tablespoons dill pickles (finely diced)
1 tablespoon yellow onion (finely diced)
1 tablespoon ketchup (keto: use sugar-free)
1 teaspoon sweetener (keto: use allulose or monk fruit)
1 teaspoon dill pickle juice

In a small bowl, mix all the fixings and enjoy on your taco. Make extra and Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to a month.

My insane weight loss transformation 🦋

It blows my mind that I finally did it!

I had to remind myself daily it was going to be worth it and it paid off!

I had to call myself out on my bs and make myself stick to my goals, but it paid off!!

I had to push people and things out of my life, but it paid off!!

I had to force myself to exercise, drink my water, and stick to my calorie deficit— but it PAID OFF!

If you want this, you’re going to have to do hard things and remind yourself daily that it’s going to PAY OFF 😭🙏🏻

Keep pushing! You can do hard things!

It’s going to be worth it! 🦋

And before the (plastic) surgery comments roll in— I haven’t had any work done. This has all been through exercise, eating better, and changing my whole lifestyle.

Me stating that isn’t hating on people who have had surgeries, but I haven’t and lots of women hope to avoid it. I’m here to share my story and provide hope 🫶🏼
