Jean Carlos is a young man who has polycystic kidney disease in both kidneys. He has a fistula placement inserted in his arm for future dialysis. He is unable to work and is registered with the kidney transplant list. It would be a great help to him if everyone who sees this post donate 5 dollars for transportation to and from doctor visits and also out of pocket medication. Can everyone
