Exercise is one of the most powerful longevity tools we have. But it's not a complete solution.

If your diet is working against you, you're overtraining without recovery, your sleep is broken, or your stress is unmanaged, you can be fit and still aging faster than you should be.

And even with all of those dialed in, exercise doesn't address every biological mechanism that drives aging. Things like senescent cell accumulation, NAD+ decline, and epigenetic dysregulation need targeted support.
