Health information
Self-resuscitation during a heart attack. Please take two minutes of your time and read this:
1. Let's say it's 19:25 and you're going home (alone of course) after a particularly hard day at work.
2. You are really tired, upset and frustrated.
3 All of a sudden you start to experience severe pain in the chest, the pain continues out into the arm and up to the jaw. You are about 5 km from the nearest hospital to your home.
4. Unfortunately, you don't know if you can make the way there.
5. You are trained in CPR, but the guy who gave the course didn't tell you how to do it on yourself.
6. How to survive a heart attack when you are alone? Since many people are alone when they have a heart attack, a person whose heart is beating irregularly and begins to feel weak has only 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.
7. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing vigorously again and again. A deep breath must be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing phlegm from deep in the chest. Breathe and cough (this must be repeated every two seconds without pause) until help arrives, or until you feel your heart beating normally.
8. Deep breaths introduce oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements press the heart and preserve blood flow. The act of pressing on the heart helps it return to its normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can reach the hospital.
9. Tell as many people as possible. You can save their lives!
10. A cardiologist says that if everyone who receives this email kindly sends it to 10 people, we will probably save at least one life.
11. Instead of sending jokes, please ... contribute by forwarding this email that could save a person's life.
12. If this message comes to you ... more than once ... please don't get upset ... instead, be happy that you have many friends who care about you.
Hold your finger on the message and move on..
A minute of your time won't hurt
