You don’t need to bully your hips open 😭
Butterfly pose is not about forcing flexibility — it’s about learning to breathe where it feels sticky.
On the ego side:
• pushing the thighs like “pls open faster 😩”
• chasing the end pose
• spine turning into a shrimp
• shallow breath, zero chill
On the alignment side:
• letting gravity do its job
• arms resting, not wrestling
• long spine, deep breaths
• sitting with the discomfort instead of running from it
Your body blooms when it's respected, not rushed.
